Nail Services should’ve been half the price for the service given/provided . If you’re going to charge $70 for a nail service, the nail technician should give you the FULL service worth $70 and know how to shape nails and clean cuticles. The nail technician should not say they can do like the photo If they are incapable of giving you that service, they should be upfront before starting the service and making it very uncomfortable for the customer. Also- my daughter had her nails done and two of her nails chipped two days later. Very unsatisfactory ….we both spent $70 each Service was worth half

I had high hopes for my visit, but unfortunately, it was a terrible experience from start to finish. First, despite scheduling over two weeks in advance with a specific nail tech, I was switched without any prior notice. When I arrived, I asked how long the wait would be to add a pedicure due to having commitments later on. I was told I could get both a manicure and pedicure at the same time, which I agreed to. However, once I was nearly finished with my pedicure, another nail tech informed me that she wouldn’t begin my manicure until my pedicure was fully completed, as it wasn’t comfortable for her… What should’ve been a 1.5 hour appointment turned into over 3.5 hours, causing me have to cancel a meeting. On top of that, the quality of my nails was disappointing, they looked terrible. After having regular manicures for the past three years, I’ve never had nails look this bad. This spa claims to offer luxury services, but in my experience, the service was overpriced and underwhelming. I won’t be returning and would never recommend it to others.

This was our first time receiving a simple polish change. It was not the best experience at all! The girls talked way too much and the polish was all chipped. I would not go back here and felt very rushed.

My daughter recently had a haircut by Michelle, and we absolutely loved it! She is amazing, she has been cutting and coloring my hair for the past 15 years and does not disappoint! She truly listens to what your wishes are as a client and does amazing work! I would go back to her anytime for my hair!! I recommend her to everyone I know!

My daughter and friends …we ALL had such an amazing EXPERIENCE!
