Update: Leigh Ann gave me a second Jet Peel treatment and I loved her! She’s very knowledgeable, calm and genuine. I also liked that she was in no rush, took her time, was thorough and had an impeccable attention to detail. My skin feels great! I’m excited to see her when I return! Tracy is still my eyebrow magician! I got my first dermaplan treatment today from her and it was great! I love how smooth it made the skin from exfoliation and fuzz removal :) — I cannot say enough good things about this place! I spent months and months growing my brows back out and countless hours of research lead me here. The shape of my new brows are literally perfect! Tracy is a magician!

I recently went to Tracy to have my eyebrows cleaned up. I'm very particular about my eyebrows. Since moving here from NYC 1 year ago, I have been looking for a talent like Tracy. She is an expert in her field. She did an excellent job on my brows and knows her craft well. In addition to being pleased with her work, her space is beautiful and inspiring - exactly what you want when you get any treatment done. I look forward to being a client for a long time to come and for trying out other services as well.

My skin has never looked this good! I have been going for the past few months, working with Leigh Ann, on my skin regimen and different facials and the results are amazing! Everyone is very friendly and knowledgeable about the newest and best products/facials for each skin type. They also do my eye brows and are the best in Charlotte! Highly recommend!

Tracy and her team are incredible. They listen and educate you on what is best for your skin. The space is beautiful and tranquil and the shop has a variety of great products for you and for gifts from make up to skin care to bath bombs, etc. I haven't felt this confident in my skin in YEARS, but thanks to consistent facials and a skincare routine that Leigh Anne recommended, I'm feeling good in my own skin!

You have to go see Tracy and Leanne at Tru Esthetics. I came for the brows and am staying for the amazing skin care! Tracy lives up to her “brow guru” nickname! I didn’t know my brows could look this good and I will never let anyone else touch them (including me). I love Leanne and her facials as well! Both of them spend time getting to know your skin and not only recommending treatments and products, but also educating you on how to have your best skin! I had terrible acne as a teenager and lasting scars but have seen improvement in just a few sessions.
