I have been a loyal client of Ideal Image since 2009. My first treatment was for laser hair removal on my chin (my main concern), upper lip, neck, and a few spots on my cheeks. I received treatments for years at the Altamonte Springs, FL location and was always treated kindly and professionally. I was so happy with my results that I later decided to do my armpits and entire legs, and I still have remaining treatments because I haven’t needed them yet. Recently, I moved and had my file transferred to the Charlotte, NC location. Before my appointment, I called multiple times to confirm that they had my contract and to verify the areas to be treated. However, when I arrived, after going through the standard health screening and preparation, the technician sent me to the front desk before starting the treatment. There, a woman at the front desk told me my contract did not include my chin and refused to treat that area. I explained that my copy of the contract clearly states "chin"—which was the entire reason I started laser hair removal in the first place. Unfortunately, she was extremely rude, would not listen to me, and even walked away while I was speaking. I have never been treated so disrespectfully at Ideal Image before. After reviewing my contract again at home, I contacted corporate for assistance, but they gave me the same response as the Charlotte location. They claimed that since the Altamonte Springs location is a franchise, Charlotte does not recognize the same terms. This means that despite paying for my treatments, I am now unable to receive the service I was promised. The corporate representative I spoke with was also dismissive and rude, telling me that I "don’t listen" and "don’t understand" instead of offering any kind of solution. This experience has been beyond frustrating. After years of loyalty and excellent service at the Altamonte location, I’m incredibly disappointed by how I’ve been treated by the Charlotte office and corporate. Ideal Image should stand by their commitments and treat their long-time clients with the respect and professionalism they deserve.

I purchased a package from Ideal Image for a BBL and a Chem Peel follow up - it's that time of the year ;-). From the minute I inquired to the follow up after my BBL, I couldn't be more please and I highly recommend Ideal Image Charlotte. My intake, from Miss Lisa via Zoom video, to the nurse performing the BBL, Miss Kenya, to the receptionist at the Front Desk, were all handled with professionalism and care! Miss Kenya is a fantastic nurse and thoroughly explained what she was doing at all times, and we had great conversation during the process as well. She also called to follow up the day after to see how things were going, which I appreciated as well! This is not my first laser - I have been doing them for YEARS - but it is my first experience with Ideal Image CLT and I can say confidently that it won't be my last experience. I highly recommend this professional company and the care from their staff!

Had a wonderful first appointment at ideal image. My techs were Abby and Kenya were so sweet, quick and efficient. Absolutely recommend both of them!

The reception staff were very friendly and welcoming. Kenya, my nurse, was amazing! She explained everything thoroughly and talked to me throughout the entire process, which I enjoyed very much it helped take my mind off the procedure. I was in and out within like 20mins!! Highly recommend!
