Great experience at The Cosmetic Concierge. Dr. Hope Sherie, Kevin, and the nurses were amazing. My results for my Periareolar Top Surgery couldn’t have left me any happier.

I had top surgery with Dr. Sherie about 10 days ago and I’m so impressed with the way everything turned out. I hit a couples of snags with scheduling and some extra fees that I was not expecting prior to the actual surgery, but the staff has been nothing but helpful the whole time and my results made the whole headache of getting a date scheduled worth it. I was comfortable from the moment I walked in the door to the moment I left my follow up appointment a week later with the good news that everything looks perfect. I’ve had 0 complications thanks to Dr. Sherie’s expertise, the staff’s helpfulness and quick response times, and the detailed after care notes. Every time I’ve had a question or concern about something, they’ve responded within a few hours and eased my anxiety. I can already tell just 10 days post op that my chest will look EXACTLY as I hoped it would. This was a life changing experience and the Cosmetic Concierge made it significantly better by being kind, well-informed, and thorough. I will 1000% be recommending Dr. Sherie to all of my friends seeking top surgery in the future.

Amazing Staff, excellent experience, wonderful results. My son, both of his best friends, and several of my friends' young adult kids have had their surgeries with Dr. Hope. Our experience was superb from consult through recovery. The staff was very attentive to concerns after healing, and took the time to review photos of the surgery site and let us know that everything was healing normally. We found the cost of the surgery to be well in line with all other surgeons we considered. My daughter will soon be having surgery here as well, because even though there are surgeons MUCH closer to us, we are so happy with the results of Dr. Hope's work.

I had an absolutely fantastic experience with Dr. Sherie. She and her entire team were warm and friendly, went above and beyond to accommodate my needs, and were extremely professional. I needed some very intense chest surgery and reconstruction and they were wonderfully compassionate and knowledgeable about what I had to have done. I was immediately impressed with Dr. Sherie's experience and her expertise in her field, and also by the fact that she and everyone there were completely upfront about their policies and procedures, no fine print, no secrets, they were entirely transparent. As a student with less than stellar income they worked out a financing plan with me that was reasonable and convenient. Two weeks before surgery they gave me copies of pre-surgery instructions as well as all of their consent forms to take home so I could take my time reading them and ask any questions I needed. Day of surgery, I did not feel any hesitation or second guessing about my decision to go with her as everything up until then impressed me. The surgery went extremely well. Compared to other people who had similar surgeries with other surgeons, I was struck by the fact that I had very little swelling or bruising, and it was very clear that she had done an extraordinary job, very precise and with a keen eye to detail. Their bedside manners were excellent. They kept me until they were sure I was lucid, and gave me some ginger ale and a cracker to make sure I could hold down food and liquid, and then after I was driven home by my caretakers Dr. Sherie called them in the evening to ask how I was doing and if they had questions or concerns. She had given them very clear aftercare instructions as well. The follow-up appointments were also very thorough and I am pleased beyond words with how Dr. Sherie and her team handled this procedure. When I saw my results I was speechless because it was better than anything I imagined. I am truly, deeply grateful for Dr. Sherie and her team and will gladly recommend them to anyone. As far as I am concerned she is the best in the business and I am very glad I chose her to be my surgeon.

Could not be happier with my experience at The Cosmetic Concierge. The staff goes out of their way to keep in contact with you from day one, and you feel like you know them by the time your surgery date comes around. Their attitudes and the atmosphere made me have so much trust in them all and as a result I was never afraid or anxious. I'm just now starting to heal but I can already tell Dr. Hope did an amazing job and I'm so thankful and grateful I chose her as my surgeon. I can not thank them enough for making my experience so smooth, stress free, and most of all creating an environment where I felt completely safe. 5 stars all the way.
