Pinehurst Surgical Clinic

Today I received the best care from Dr. Bailey Sanders and her assistant Heather at Pinehurst surgical. Dr. Sanders listened to my concerns and took action immediately. The appointment was not rushed and Dr. Sanders gave me options for my care. I am used to military are of “treat and street”. Dr. Sanders provided patient care. She is kind, professional and administered the best local anesthesia I have ever received. I am an NP and I know what right looks like. Heather and Dr. Sanders provided seamless high-quality care. Thank you, Dr. Sanders and Heather. I am very grateful for both of you!

Ancient check-in process that takes forever. Rude receptionist that was no help at all because I forgot my wallet and didn’t have my copay so they sent me home and later that day when I called to reschedule they said the earliest appointment was 6 weeks out, and this is a follow up appointment for 2 back surgeries, granted they are minor surgeries but still I was looking forward to the appointment because my back is still causing life changing pain and I needed help. I probably went to around 25 Dr’s appointments last year and that was the first and only time I did not have my copay you would think they could bill it or roll it over until my next appointment but not there apparently. Many more complaints but I don’t have the time to keep going on right now.

I had the absolute worst experience at this clinic. I came in with severe foot pain and informed the nurse that I had already seen a doctor, had X-rays done, and was told it wasn’t broken—next step was an MRI. Despite this, they refused to order an MRI and insisted they had to take their own X-rays. Not only did this waste my time, but it also cost me an extra $300 for completely unnecessary imaging. Then, Dr. Corbett came in for less than two minutes just to tell me exactly what I already knew—that my foot wasn’t broken. She offered no solutions, no treatment plan, nothing—just a $500 charge for a two-minute conversation. Completely useless. This is my second terrible experience at this clinic, and I won’t be making the mistake of coming back. Save your time and money—go somewhere that actually helps patients instead of just overcharging them for nothing. If I could give zero stars I would.

Dr. Justin Miller and staff are outstanding, caring, and demonstrate the utmost professionalism in dealing with me as a patient. He is so knowledgeable and does not get annoyed at being questioned about my ENT issues such that I understand the finest of details. I trust him fully with my care and would entrust him to treat any of my loved ones.

This place is incredibly despicable and shady, if zero or negative stars was an option I'd give it a middle finger. DO NOT GO HERE FOR ANY PROCEDURES! If you have tricare or the VA they will absolutely try and double charge, overcharge, or create charges to get more money out of you. Believe the negative reviews please, save yourself some time and frustration. Worst hospital experience of all time. Employees are unprofessional from the desk to the doctors. Clerks have no idea what they're doing, they will lose your paperwork, hang up on you, lie to get you to hang up. I can not give this place a low enough review. Don't just take my word for it, do your own research. They need to be investigated. AVOID AT ALL COST!!!
