Dermatology & Skin Surgery Center at West End

The entire staff here is soooo professional and NICE!!! I never felt rushed being in there with my three year old. We did arrive early but they were very patient with my daughter and I. The provider I had Michelle was very informative and explained everything to me so well that I understood it well. The sweet young lady with blonde hair who grabbed my information in the examine room was nice as well and so professional. The ladies at the front desk were outstanding. We were in and out. This place is super clean and I would recommend this facility to anyone in need of dermatology care. Thank you all so much this is an amazing team. I can tell they truly care about their patients and their wellbeing regarding care.

Our pCP, 72 years old, told he has never seen in his whole medical career a lump and skin indication around my USMC husband's nipple. YES men can have breast cancer.Referral was made to West End Dermatology clinic for a biopsy on Jan 9th 2024. We expected a call back for scheduling within 7-10 days. No calls from them. No courtesy calls at all. No contact as of today

My sister just called to make an appointment because she has a pencil sized lump on her chest with changes. She was turned down because she has Medicaid. Sounds like discrimination to me. So this office is saying in effect that her life doesn’t matter!

What a wonderful, pleasant visit to this clinic! Appointment scheduled within a week! (My original dermatologist could not see me until 3-4 months wait!) Thank you to all staff in front office who made check-in very smooth.But biggest gratitude for PA Donna Jennings for compassion, expert advise, and her "gentle healing touch" during brief surgery, assisted by sweet Kaitlyn ! Having "found" this Clinic is just the best thing that happened to a 75 year old living in Moore County, NC !

If I could give them negative stars I would. Beware being seen here. I have been waiting for a month to get them to authorize the prescription that they HAND WROTE because they believe in an outdated system. When calling them they informed me they lost my child's chart. How professional. They put my son on a 3 month plan and didn't have an opening for 7 months when I brought it up and asked if there was any way we could adjust the plan or anything else their response was " well I dont know, you can call back " So if you like incompetent outdated slow old technology and rude unprofessional people that hang up the on you when you call them, THIS IS THE PLACE.
