I was at this office several months ago with concerns of skin condition. A nurse practitioner walked in took maybe 2 minutes to look at me, offered to get rid of a couple areas bothering me and just did it. I wanted to ask about facial lotion because my sensitive skin. I was told someone will give me samples when I check out. I was very surprised at this so I called the office manager and she very bluntly told they do not give advice on make up. I repeated my request this was for lotion and she didn’t want to listen to me and kept talking over me. HORRIBLE experience

I had a TERRIBLE experience at this office today. Kathryn Balazs is who I had my appointment with. The visit started off fine, very nice receptionists. I was led into an exam room almost immediately. I was checked in and my history and concerns were noted by a nurse/assistant. I changed into a gown (which was really just a large paper towel to cover my body), and proceeded to wait about 30-45 mins to be seen. Once the doctor came in, my whole appointment lasted less than 10 mins. She apologized for the wait and barely talked before starting the exam. My full body exam was under 60 seconds (I did not feel I was thoroughly checked AT ALL). I had concerns about some moles that were brushed aside. I was given the option to remove any that were bothering me and said I would like to have one of them removed. I assumed I would be walked through the procedure but the doctor then left the exam room without addressing my other concerns and told me she would be back. A nurse/assistant came in and started prepping anesthesia. I stated “oh wow we are doing this right now!” And they responded with laughter. I was numbed and left to wait for the doctor to return. The doctor came in with the nurse/assistant and neither addressed me and went right to removing the mole. I was not talked through what was happening nor was I given any instruction on aftercare. I was then told that I would likely not hear from the office because they do not call back on results that come back benign. As the doctor went to leave the exam room, I expressed that I had other concerns I would like addressed. As she opened the door she turned and listened to me without shutting the door and re-entering the room. I tried to express my concerns with her standing in the doorway with the door slightly open. She brushed off any questions I had with a prescription and didn’t give any guidance whatsoever. Even after I attempted to ask questions she kept moving to leave. I had other concerns I wanted addressed as well but gave up. I felt like I was just another number/patient to be moved in and out as quickly as possible. My concerns were not even addressed. I will not recommend this office to anyone and will not be returning.

Had quite a wait once quickly called to the back for a room, no real discussion or concern for the reasons for the visit. Quickly "taken care of" which resulted in not receiving total care/treatment. Not to mention medications were sent to the wrong pharmacy.

If I could give this office a 0, I would. My one, and only, experience was so bad that I thought someone was messing with me. I was taken back to a room quickly, where I then sat for 45 minutes waiting to be seen. Dr. Balazs entered the room like a tornado, took 2 quick pictures of my face, rattled off a treatment plan without asking any questions, and then told me what she would be putting me on. I asked a few questions that were all met with the same quick, curt, responses and no further explanation. I was told I had three prescriptions written for me, but I'm not sure where they were expecting to send them, as that question had never been asked. I received a call 10 minutes after I left to pick up a paper that I didn't need. Long story short, with a comically bad visit and no faith in the Dr's ability I will not be returning or filling the prescriptions that I know nothing about.

I found the office to be clean and the staff pleasant. Dr. Balazs listened to my extensive acne history and medications and gave me a few treatment options. I felt well versed in the medical decision that I made and 6 months later am very pleased with my results. Also had Botox at my last visit with great results and her charge for Botox is the best price I have encountered. Not sure why her Recommendations are so low, my experience has been great.
