Was very well made to feel comfortable & relaxed. DR. Shannon was good at explaining what he was going to do. Assistant nurses were very kind and helpful. First time ever being at a Dermatologist for surgery. Thank you so much Dr. SHANNON and Assistants .

Dr Shannon is so kind and encouraging. Had to have basal cell procedure. Hardly felt a thing.... He is so quick and efficient. And his staff is as friendly as he is. I cannot recommend a better doctor ! And his nurse called the next morning to check up on me.... And encouraged me like Dr Shannon did that if I need them to call them !!! 🤗

Met with Dr Shannon today for the first time! Extremely knowledgeable and very friendly. Also very thorough and includes you in the treatment plan. The staff was very welcoming and friendly as well right from the time you walk In the doors! Highly recommended and I'll definitely be going back!

Pleasant people, timely appointment scheduling, nice capable nurses and great Nurse Practitioners and Dr Shannon is super nice and capable. They all did their best for me today to make me comfortable today.

Staff are very friendly & reassuring, everything is well organized, both check in & check out were breeze. Dr Shannon is very personable. Both he & the staff took time to explain why the procedure was needed & what to expect. There were explanations at every step & frequent check ins to insure I was doing OK. The whole procedure was quick and painless. I highly recommend them!!
