Theresa was very helpful, explaining to both of us exactly how Bob's procedure was going to be. She was also very gentle in examining and taking the biopsies that were needed. She kept him calm and he was kept as comfortable as possible. An Excellent experience for both of us. I highly recommend this business. Everyone is so nice and makes you feel so comfortable. My procedures were fairly pain free and done with dignity and care. I will say I had a difficult time getting through on their phones regarding my results but it finally worked out okay. They are worth it.
