I recently visited Bliss Medical Spa for stretched earlobe repair and cyst removal, and I couldn’t be happier with my experience! From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel incredibly comfortable, relaxed, and well taken care of. The entire team was extremely nice, helpful, and even funny, which really helped put me at ease. Their hospitality was truly unmatched, and it was clear that they genuinely care about their clients. The facility itself was immaculate, with a clean and calming ambience that made the entire experience even more enjoyable. Lyric Le is incredible. Wherever she goes, I go. She has been my nurse injector now for about 4 years and talk about explaining in detail… she is incredibly knowledgable, kind and truly takes the time to understand her patients! She is all about what works for you and the best way to get results you want!

Nurse Injector Natalie is the best! Not only is she extremely skilled with injecting, she takes extra time to review your skin concerns, explain different treatment plans customized to your needs, she recommends only what is needed, explains how these treatments work from a science perspective, is extremely gentle, and she explains what she is doing as she injects to help you feel comfortable with all your procedures. She makes you feel beautiful and is so positive and happy to see your after results. Seeing Natalie is one of the best parts of my visits at Bliss besides all of the other helpful and cheerful staff members who do their best to make your experience great!!

I’ve been going to Bliss for 6 years now and I wouldn’t go anywhere else! Natalie is THE best, she has a passion for the field and it shows. If you have any reservations about a possible procedure/service she is there to walk you through it step by step and in a way that is easy to understand, which is very reassuring! Natalie is always very sweet and so easy to talk to, I look forward to my appointments just to see her and catch up! Bliss is the place to go for all of your aesthetic needs!

Everyone at Bliss is lovely and I’ve been entrusting my skin to them for years! Krysta, Dr. Collins, Natalie and Lyric have all given me amazing care over the years.
