I cannot begin to say how wonderful Dr. Masters and his team are! Walking into any place to discuss what you view as your flaws and faults is intimidating to say the least, but that did not last long at all. I never felt shamed or judged in any way. I was instantly put at ease with the kindness and genuine friendliness of everyone I came across. After dealing with complications from anesthesia (my own body issues, not anything wrong on their end), Dr. Masters personally spoke with me and checked on me multiple times, including during his personal time at home. He was very compassionate and did his absolute best to find me answers and get the help I needed to make my recovery the absolute best it could be. My results are phenomenal and I could not be more pleased! I feel a confidence in myself that I have not had in over 20 years and I can't express enough how grateful I am to Dr. Masters for giving me something that I had thought was long lost. If you have doubts or are nervous like I was, I can promise you the only question I have now is "why did I wait so long"?!

I am only one week post op but I can already tell that this was the best decision I could have ever made. The way Dr. Masters took the time to know more about me and what I was looking for, before even examining me for the consult was extremely comforting and had a huge impact on me. He is kind, professional, and has been easy to contact during my recovery process. His nurses and staff are wonderful and his facility is gorgeous! I could not be happier with my experience from start to finish!

I highly recommend Dr.Masters. He did my implant exchange and I had the best experience with him and his staff. From my consultation, surgery, post op appointment, and appointment a few days post surgery I was treated very well by every one I came into contact with. The lady at the front is such a doll and holds such great convo! I loved all the girls who brought me back and helped me through the process. Dr.Masters is so patient and kind. He spent a lot of time with me answering all of my questions. He made me feel very comfortable and confident about my choices. For years I have had two serious cosmetic issues on my face and scalp that have made me insecure. And finally, after years of putting these issues off, I needed them removed for my brothers wedding. After hearing what a great job Dr. Masters and staff did to help my wife, I figured I would reach out and see if they could help me as well. My experience was very pleasant. I was initially nervous about getting my issues resolved, but his calm demeanor and confidence during the operation put me at ease. As we talked throughout the procedure, he ensured that I was comfortable and without pain, and noticed the subtle twitches and changes in my reactions that only a highly experienced surgeon would pick up on. His team inside and outside of the operating room were very helpful before, during, and after the procedure was finished. Where to begin? I have been wanting to address some issues with my breasts for YEARS! I finally decided to go in for a consultation after a friend referred me to Dr. Masters. After my consultation I knew that there wasn't another Dr. for me. I scheduled my procedures that day. After having had both surgeries over the last few months I can emphatically say that Dr. Masters and his team are the best! Everyone from the moment you walk in the front door to the moment you leave surgery is absolutely amazing. They take a moment that can be stressful and put you at ease immediately. And most importantly my results are beyond what I could have ever hoped for. Dr. Masters took all my concerns seriously, lined out the perfect plan and gave me something absolutely beautiful!
