I absolutely love this place! I’ve been getting multiple services done by Brenna for nearly two years now and I couldn’t be more pleased. Her bedside manners are immaculate and I always look forward to my appointments with her! See you ladies soon!

The girl who did the last section of my legs, I would like her to be the one who always takes care of me, she makes me feel safe and comfortable, and she worked with more delicacy than the other person who did the first section of my legs, I even told her that I had had problems in my legs due to the first laser section, I want this girl in all my sections, Thank you.

I had a great experience. My nurse was very kind knowledgeable and friendly and made the process very simple and quick. I would highly recommend ideal image for any service as the staff at the front desk and all the nurses are awesome.

I have to say I am really impressed with the top of the line experience I had going to Ideal Image. From the moment I walked into this place which was impeccably clean, the warm welcoming smiles and personal care I received made me feel so good. While I was a bit nervous about my treatment I was put at ease and I walked out feeling great. Thank you Noelani and Brenna for walking me through this process. I will be back!!

Consult was done over Zoom, so it was very convenient for me. Customer service rep did not try to oversell me on anything else, made a suggestion, but when I said, I wasn’t interested she was fine with that. The aesthetician was quick, professional, and friendly. Very nice staff in the office.
