Dr. Foley is an amazing doctor & he is supported by staff that is equally superior!! I have had several procedures under his care & couldn’t be more pleased with the results! I was always met with kindness, excellent bedside manner, & an attentive caring ear as to the why and objective for any procedure I had. I completely recommend Dr.Foley and his practice for your cosmetic surgery needs!!

I'll say my office visit is was pleasant but besides that, not so much. Don't go here unless you want to pay in cash. They don't like when you use insurance. The doctor was knowledgeable. When asked if he worked on other lipedema patients like myself, he said yes and was successful. When I got a "quote" I was shocked. I was told by my insurance company that this doctor took my insurance. Well they do, but they don't like to. The procedure I need is a quality of life surgery and not cosmetic. Afterwards, when I questioned about using my insurance, they got nasty with me and refused to even approach using insurance. Then the office manager calls me and tells me there was a misunderstanding. First she said I made a cosmetic consult, which I didn't. I made a surgical consult. Second, she said the doctor does not work with lipedema patients. Funny, the doctor said he has worked with many lipedema patients. Third, she said the doctor didn't believe I had lipedema. Again, this is funny because the doctor did say I had it. I also provided the office with a referral and a quality of life letter written by my vascular doctor. My diagnosis as also be confirmed by my GP, my doctor at the VA and another plastic surgeon. Fourth, they said I didn't provide medical records. Never in any conversation did they ask me to bring any medical records. So after all the gaslighting from the office manager, one thing is for sure, they might take insurance but they don't want to use it. They want the cash. So if you want to come here, bring cash because they won't let you use your insurance. Second, don't allow them to gaslight you like they tried to do me. I really hope the doctor sees this and realize what his employees are doing. FYI - life is short but the internet is forever. This review is forever folks.

Loved Dr. Foley! While I am still in the early stages of recovery, he was thorough, friendly, knowledgable and upfront. I basically had two consultations with him prior to my procedure. This was an all over very positive experience. I’ve dealt with other doctors before and I felt like they didn’t care what you had to say. He actually took the time to listen to me.

Dr Foley is a wonderful plastic surgeon! I can’t say enough good about him. I had a significant weight loss, which obviously led to a lot of extra skin. From the moment I met him at my consultation, I felt comfortable with him and knew he was the surgeon I wanted to help me improve my body. In July of 2023 I had a lower body lift with zero complications and wonderful results. In September of 2023 I had an extended thigh plasty with zero complications and wonderful results. February of 2024 I then had him do liposuction to my calves with zero complications and wonderful results. Dr Foley and his staff have been there through all 3 procedures to answer any questions or concerns that I had. Dr Foleys work is absolutely amazing and I couldn’t be happier with the transformation. He has helped me gain my self confidence back that I had lost over the years and has completely changed my life for the better. I highly recommend him !!
