I am giving Dr Herman 1 star as he is very kind and caring. He gave me a neck lift surgery a year ago and I paid $7,000.00 total for it. I asked if he was going to fix my jowels and tighten my neck, he said yes! I do not see any difference and neither did family and friends. I drove back and forth for 2 hours each way for my visits, went through surgery which entailed alot! My neck and jowels are exactly the same as they were before my surgery. He said he wanted to make me happy so he would do 4 visits of lazer tightening for no charge. I drove 2 hours back and forth and let me tell you, it was very painful! I got no results. My skin on my neck was no tighter. A waist of time and pain and money. I recommend you find a different doctor.

Dr. Herman and his staff are wonderful! Their business runs like a well oiled machine. Dr. Herman is compassionate, knowledgeable and answered all of my questions and concerns. The ladies in his office comfort you and take good care of you. The surgical team was amazing as well. Overall a very positive experience.

I work in a doctors office and you when you call his office, and its just about all the time. no one picks up the phone. nothing to leave a message either.

Personable - NO! Takes time to answer questions and address concerns-NO! Was the procedure successful - NO. Would not reccommend.

My wife had a cyst removed from her back. Dr. Herman was personable and professional. Minor surgery was done in the office and we were out in about 30 minutes. Staff was also considerate and caring. I'm sure we would use Dr. Herman for any future plastic surgery needs.
