3 weeks and Still waiting on a call back due to prescription. Long wait finally got called and waited in a room while she took someone that came in way after me! Felt disgusting and disrespected. This place is a joke. Waited longer than it took her to finally treat! NO STAR GIVING

A good experience..My first time there. Had to get a small spot on my hand evaluated & removed. The office staff were very pleasant. Dr Tim Kelly was very nice . Reviewed everything with me & I did not feel anything!

Very unprofessional. Went to pay and was told about a credit card fee. So I used a debit card to avoid the fee and was still charged the credit card fee. This shows that this practice does not have a payment system automatically charges you for a credit card fee whether or not you use a credit card. Because they receptionist has to automatically add this charge to the bill before you pay. So in my case I did not think I had my debit card but found it last second used it and was charged the fee. The receptionist response was I should have told her I was paying with a debit card in order for her to remove the fee.

The doors are closed and lights are out: I had an appointment scheduled. I went to the place at the time of the appointment. The doors are closed, lights are out. Talked to the doctor's office next door and they informed that Dr Kelly often calls out. Talked with the appointment line and the representative was Tracy. I mentioned that I never took a sick leave at my work. She remarked "bulshit" not realizing that I was listening. A bit frustrating but anyways!

AVOIDDDDDD THIS PLACE!!!! Always have to wait over an hour past my appointment time and they are impossible to get in contact with. My appointments constantly get cancelled on me and then they give you attitude when you are trying to reschedule and they try to push you months out when you finally get in contact with them.
