I was able to get a same day appointment for less than 2 hours from the time I checked online. The receptionist was very helpful and the young lady who escorted me to the exam room was very pleasant and professional. Amanda Fellin was my provider and she was excellent . Extremely thorough and explained everything she was doing and how to follow up at home. She also checked to ensure my medication was working properly even though that issue was not the reason for my visit. High fives all around!

I’m new to the area but already a patient at Schweiger Derm Group from when we lived in Morristown NJ. I found a suspicious spot on the side of my face and called hoping they would be able to consider me an existing patient and see me relatively soon. They were able to get me in very quickly and I’m so appreciative. Dr Gottleib was terrific. Very straightforward but also very friendly and he put me at ease. I also needed to refill a prescription for rosacea from my previous physician (not even why I was there that day) and I expected to have to jump through hoops but he was able to extend my prescription so I wouldn’t run out. I greatly appreciated his reasonable approach to my issue and I’m grateful to have such great care

Dr. Meyers and his staff were absolutely amazing. I had a few worries and after examination all my problems were addressed in a kind professional caring way. I will definitely use their practice from now on!

Comfortable waiting area. People at the front desk are curious and fast checking you in. Nurse experience I had was good. The only thing I can say about my nurse experience is that she spoke a bit too fast. I had a hard time following what she was saying. My surgeon was very good at explaining what was going on with my particular procedure. Doctors assistant was also good at explaining what was going to happen and what to expect post-op.

Despite receiving good care, I feel the need to let others know to avoid this practice due to ongoing issues with their billing department. To keep it short, my insurance company had to reprocess a claim for services, a copy of the Explanation of Benefits showing that I didn't owe anything was provided to their billing department multiple times however they have now sent me to a debt collection agency. This is despite the fact I have made multiple phone calls and sent multiple emails to resolve the issue that is on their end. Every time I speak with someone, the just say 'they will note my account'. Even the supervisors are dismissive. I even tried calling management at the Exton office but they never returned my call. Do yourself a favor and avoid.
