Hyndman Family Health Center

One of the best medical facilities I've visited. It's clean, the staff is kind, caring, compassionate, and professional. My medical concerns were taken seriously and quickly treated. From the moment I was in the door I waited less than ten minutes to see a healthcare professional. Wonderful experience despite uncomfortable circumstances necessitating the visit.

This was my first visit and I was pleasantly pleased. I did have to wait past my appointment time but I really expected that since I had a 3:15. I realize that as the day goes they do get behind so it wasn't a big deal. My Doctor recently moved back to this practice and I really like him so it was worth the wait. The office is very clean and modern and the Staff were very nice and helpful. This was a check up so I was not suffering an illness but even those that appeared to be having an issue never seemed to complain. I am sure this will sound bad but I was impressed that such a nice medical center was at home in Hyndman, PA. Cumberland and LaVale certainly have some competition. It was about a 20 minutes drive from LaVale and not a bad drive. When I transferred my records the Staff was very helpful and sent me my new patient paperwork in the mail so I wouldn't have to mess with it when I got there. I am sure in the future my rating will go up and hey everyone has a bad day.

Misinformed and need to update accurate information with regards to accepting new patients. My dental insurance states that HAHC is accepting new patients, however, the receptionist who took my call from the dental office stated they were not and was extremely rude about it.
