I had an appointment scheduled at 1 PM and was left standing outside in 95 degrees temperature. No one was at the store until 15 minutes after my appointment time. I asked for a discount for my services due to the unprofessionalism and the staff was unable to accommodate. Would not recommend.

I've had a CO2 Laser Resurfacing treatment and an IPL so far. I am beginning to see results and I'm happy with what I've had done. I also got the Latisse and starting to see my lashes grow, pretty exciting. I am on my way to getting the results I want and have more session to go. Everyone has been great to work with and I love the experience.

The esthetician is always super nice. However, I’ve gotten 8 sessions of laser and the hair doesn’t seem to go away. Tried contacting them to see my options, and all I was told was to keep going and spending almost 200 dollars every 6 weeks until I see results. Unacceptable. No customer service at all and no care for the customers complaints.

Shannon is amazing. This was my first time going to Bella Medspa for lip fillers and she really took her time to listen to what I wanted before the procedure. She was thorough, kind, and best of all - exceeded my expectations. My lips look amazing in terms of both shape and volume thanks to her. I was also quite nervous during the procedure but she made me feel totally at ease which made the experience much more enjoyable. Highly recommend!!
