Sharlie is a very talented esthetician! She is friendly and creates a relaxing space I appreciate how well she explains what she's doing & why she's doing it. Before coming here, facials always made me nervous since the extractions typically hurt & I wasn't sure which products should & should not cause a tingle. Before each step, Sharlie would let me know what to expect from the products she was using, which helped me fully relax and enjoy the experience. The diamond glow facial is a lovely splurge! I have sensitive skin and left with 0 redness and a nice glow for a few days. The space is kept very clean.
