Where do I begin to make a long story short, Dr. Hefflefinger, Dr keene Saved my life and my child’s life I would not be here today if it wasn’t for those two amazing doctors they treated me with the upmost respect and kindness I will never forget and always will be grateful to both Dr. Hefflefinger And Dr. Keene I had to have reconstructive surgery on my jaw because of a tumor I will say If I didn’t tell you that I had reconstructive surgery, you wouldn’t have known I will never ever forget what Dr. Hefflefinger Dr.Keene For me, they saved my life. Office staff and Dr Colin Huntley both great. He was quick and to the point while being polite. Appreciated him coming in to talk to me before he perform my tonsillectomy and adenoidectomy as I was extremely afraid. One week-ish post op and in terrible pain as expected for an adult tonsillectomy. Great job!

I have been going to Jefferson facial plastics for a few years now and I have always had a great experience. The staff is very informative and friendly. My most recent visit Dr. Heffelfinger did an amazing job on my lips. My fillers look so natural and my healing time was very quick. 1 months later, still waiting for the return call from the person who called me with my referral andobtained my info and they reason for the referral (she admitted she didn't know why she was to call me), she said she was not sure why she needs to make an appt, I explained in detail. She decided to check the info and call back to then make an appt. My first and LAST encounter with Jefferson, I am taking my business to Penn Medicine.
