Dr. Jenkins botched me destroyed my life performed. The surgery did not tell me of my fourth hernia he repaired three I guess he said it wasn’t none of my business why they perform two tests before, and after and saw that I had a fourth hernia that he did not mention or repair his office has been given me the runaround for a very long time very rude very disrespectful races by calling me an alien before my surgery did a breast reduction and made me a man from being a size H breast to not having any breast at all

This office seems a bit unprofessional. I was told back in August that I would be scheduled to have a breast reduction in January & no one from the office contacted me to confirm that my surgery date. Better communication would help them a lot because I really was looking forward to my surgery.

Negligent and irresponsible practices. I was supposed to have a breast reduction scheduled yesterday afternoon with Dr. McMahon. When I arrived for my surgery yesterday morning at 11am, I was told my surgery was cancelled because I did not confirm my surgery appointment. But I spoke with a staff member on Friday prior to my surgery who gave me instructions and confirmed my surgery with me. After speaking with the plastic surgery office, I was told that my surgery was cancelled because they tried to move my surgery to an earlier time that same morning and I was not available. They callled me twice at 6am and I was never told prior to the surgery day that I had to be on call in case my surgery would be rescheduled to an earlier time. Because I wasn’t available at an earlier time than my scheduled arrival, the OR cancelled my surgery. The staff members also informed me that they could not get in touch with my surgeon and she was no where to be found. After that no one has been able to rectify this situation. I took a month and a half off for work and my family took time off to help care for me as well. The surgeon has not attempted to contact me after this incident. Jefferson and Dr. McMahon are completely unprofessional and I would never recommend having surgery done at this practice.

Dr. Jenkins and his OR staff was phenomenal! I am beyond happy with my results.

Booked an appointment weeks ago for Botox. Received a call this morning (day of my appointment) that the NP doesn’t recommend I get Botox before the holiday because of bruising. I said “oh that’s interesting because I’ve literally never heard of Botox causing bruising.” Not to mention I don’t care at all even if there’s bruising? So because of this I assumed they thought I was getting filler or something which is why I clarified I was only getting Botox. So then the receptionist says “oh okay I’ll let her know and call you back.” A few minutes go by and she calls me back saying “yeah she reallllllllyyyyyy doesn’t advise getting it before the holiday. Do you want to reschedule?” Absolutely not. Yeah I’ll stick to the med spas that are much more experienced with this kind of thing. Pro tip maybe you should cancel on your patients sooner than the day of. And additionally not pressure them to cancel an appointment they made weeks ago over something the patient doesn’t even care about! Luckily I found a med spa willing to take me last minute but I would highly advise against anyone going here for Botox or any injectable for that matter because this screams red flag that they do not know what they’re talking about so I’ll consider it a blessing in disguise.
