Carrie is an AMAZING aesthetician!!! I started going to her for facials for my acne and started seeing improvement after just one treatment for real. Her facials are so detailed and thorough and she gives the BEST facial massage 😍 What really helped is that she came up with a skincare routine for me to use at home so I can keep my skin healthy between my monthly facials. Go see Carrie for your facials!! I can’t recommend her enough!

I moved from Boston and have been getting Dysport injections for 5 years from highly trained medical professionals. I know the amount that works for me, and what I’m comfortable with. Dr. Chan was insistent that I get 3x the number of injections I normally do, and when I politely declined he started breaking down the math for me in a piece of paper like I was an idiot that didn’t understand what I was asking for. He told me the number of injections I wanted was a “good way to save money” but that there was no way it made a difference in my face. When I showed him my personal photos to plead my case (which no one should EVER have to do to) he looked at them and said “that’s just the angle of the photo” and he continued his mathing and talking and not respecting my wishes. I even asked “Can you just do the amount that I want and if it doesn’t work I will come back and get more?” His response was “ok but just listen..” and kept talking down to me and he could see I was getting uncomfortable - so instead of stopping, and just respecting my ask, he began touching my arm and asking me if I was uncomfortable. After the 3rd arm touch I was ready to throw up. I finally looked at him and said “yes I am uncomfortable” and I literally grabbed my bag and ran out. It was awful, and I was humiliated and disappointed because I was looking forward to finally getting my injections again. If you knew me, you would know that it would take ALOT for me to walk out without getting those injections. I’ve never encountered anyone in this profession that was so pushy, offensive, and physically intrusive. As a woman that has never written a bad review in her life, I’m writing this because I did not feel safe here, and don’t want anyone else to have this experience. I was in tears when I left. Do not go here, and if you do, get yourself a second opinion before you end up with way more than what you need

Went in for IPL with Nolvia because she was recommended by a friend for IPL treatment to help with rosacea. To start she is not very professional, I went in 4 times total and 3 of the 4 times she didn't know why I was there or apparently didn't care to look into her notes/chart to see what her patient was coming in for. She also rushes through treatment it seems like and can be very rough, as an esthetician, I would think handling someone's face, you may need to be more on the gentile side. The worst part that lead me to this review, was the 2nd visit of my IPL, she ran the IPL gun in between my eyebrows, on my nose, and accidently burned the inner corner of one of my eyebrows.(I did not notice till I got home.) First off as an esti with her years of experience, if you knew that thing was hot enough to burn off hair, why would you run it so close to someone's eyebrow?! I was very upset and honestly didn't know what to do. I ended up going to my last treatment and letting her know what happened. She did apologize and offered a free hydro facial, which I turned down due to not wanting to continue any services with Nolvia. Before I left I talked to the girl up front and asked her to talk with the manager/ Dr. Bruce, to see what kind of money I could get back, due to part of my eyebrow missing.(Keep in mind it will prob never grow back the same.) They got back to me within a day and let me know the best they could do was give me back 10% of my full purchase on the 3 IPL treatments (orig. $750) So I got $75 back for this disaster of an experience. LOOK ELSEWHERE FOR A GOOD ESTITICIAN. This should have never happened with a good esti.

By God’s grace, I found Dr. Chan during the pandemic. I was going through a very difficult time emotionally & my face began to show it. I was glad I could wear a mask to cover my permanent frown. His kindness, compassion and excellent aesthetic services has truly changed my face & my life from my very first visit. His consultation & application is masterful. I leave every visit as satisfied & happy as the first time I went. The office is immaculate and has a gorgeous interior design. The staff are so friendly and upbeat. The experience and results I get are PRICELESS.I got my smile back.😁🌼🌸🌺🌷
