Actually, I'm Dawn Brown using my husband's account. I've been a patient of Dr. Dunlavey's for several years. She is always professional yet friendly. She never acts hurried during my appointments. She explains her diagnosis, plan of treatment and treats me with respect. I wouldn't go to anyone else. I don't know who the receptionist was for the other reviewers, but my last appointment was three weeks ago and the receptionist was lovely and helpful in rescheduling me for an earlier appointment. And also making an appointment for my husband.

Dr. Dunlavey is a wonderful doctor. She explains every procedure. Is also very concerned about other issues in my life. She was comforting when I lost my mother! Also very thorough at every visit!

I would agree with the other reviewer about the rude receptionist. Also, I've been trying to get in with her since February, and have had to reschedule because of an emergency surgery. They can't get me in for another 3 months, even though I have a specific reason for trying to see the doctor. I like Dr. Dunlavey, but because of the inept and uncaring office personnel I will have to find another dermatologist. Shame...
