For 16 years I have been very fortunate to have been under the care of a most capable and caring physician such as Dr. Aaron Katz. And his staff is always most accommodating. Thanks much DR. Katz!

Everyone was very friendly and professional. I didn't have to wait long at all to be seen. The appointments are booked very far out for new patients, but.. I look at that as a good thing because that means the doctors are great! Dr. Katz & all of his nurses were very friendly, and they addressed all of my concerns. The front staff was efficient and very welcoming.

The process was fairly simple. Very affordable. Doctors are very knowledgeable and go into detail with their patients. Glad to see my doctor in another 3 months. The issue is with what you encounter after seeing your doctor. Far too many employees under that roof to have any excuses about how inefficient the checkout process is. Spent more time at checkout than check-in and my visit combined. No one wants to go see a doctor. No one wants to miss out in income being away from work to see a doctor. When a clerk says your "good to go and your prescription was sent to your pharmacy" it needs to be done. 48 hours after my visit I left work early again to pick my prescription up. Was never called in.... the next day (now 72 hours later) left 2 voice mails about the matter, never got a call back. The day after (now Friday, the visit was Monday) THE PHARMACY calls to inform me my prescription was called in and will be ready in 30 minutes. Still no word from the office..

Had to wait 3 months to get an appointment that lasted maybe 5 minutes. The front desk ladies were kind but as soon as Dr. Katz walked in I could immediately tell he was not interested in what I had to say. He had already diagnosed my problems as being "just dry itchy skin" without hearing any of my symptoms. Very egotistical attitude to say the least 🙄 He told me, very rudely, DO NOT TOUCH YOUR ARMS unless washing them or putting lotion on. The only thing he prescribed was a medication "he" said was for getting the itching under control when in all actuality it is a medication prescribed for the treatment of depression. Sent me packing with a bill over $300 and a future appointment. Needless to say..I won't be returning 🤬 10/10 do not recommend 🤡

the wait times for appointments are always at least 3 months, the front desk is nice, but i felt very rushed by the doctor. I talked to my doctor for probably less than 3 minutes, she didn't want to see time-lapse pictures i had taken to help my diagnosis, it seemed like she had no interest and just wanted me in and out. 10/10 would NOT recommend.
