Used to love coming here because they were so personable. Love Dr. Sanderson and his nurses. I ended up buying a laser package for myself and my daughter. My daughter had been coming for about 6 months. Today we were running late, I called and gave the provider a heads up. I pulled up exactly 10 min late (they allow a 10 min grace period from what I was told) upon walking in, they told me daughter they would have to check with the provider to see if she’ll take her. She ended up saying no, that we were past the grace period. Absolutely unacceptable! I’ve waited in their waiting room over 15 min after my scheduled appointment time and didn’t have them reschedule because THEY were running behind. Micheala I am very disappointed and this was very disrespectful of you. You’ve seen myself and my daughter for months now, my daughter’s treatment would have only take 5-6 min, which you are well aware of. If I didn’t already buy a package I would take my business elsewhere. NOT OKAY.

I finally fulfilled my lifelong dream of getting implants at Flower Mound Plastic Surgery Center! Dr. Sanderson and his team were incredibly respectful, kind, and caring throughout the entire process. Lanie patiently answered all my questions and even helped me overcome my doubts. After a month, I decided to go for it as a 40th birthday gift to myself, and Lanie made sure I chose exactly what I wanted. Dr. Sanderson thoroughly went over the post-op care, and Ben, the anesthesiologist, lightened the mood with his humor. The surgery was quick, and the healing process has been surprisingly fast. This experience ranks among my top five accomplishments, alongside accepting Jesus Christ as my Savior, raising two wonderful children, loving with all my heart, and showing kindness to all. I'm overjoyed that my dream finally came true!

I had a tummy tuck with Dr. Sanderson a couple of years ago. While I initially appreciated the care and attention provided during the surgery and early follow-ups, now that I’m further out from the procedure, I have mixed feelings about the results. The scar from my tummy tuck is more prominent than I had hoped, and I don’t feel like my stomach is as flat as it should be. This has led me to question whether the muscle repair was fully effective or if it may have failed. Additionally, during one of my follow-up appointments, I inquired about a consultation for a breast lift and implants. Unfortunately, I never received any follow-up or scheduling assistance from the nurse, which was disappointing. Overall, while the initial process was smooth, the results and follow-up care have left me feeling less confident in my choice. I am now exploring other options with a local plastic surgeon to address my concerns and pursue further procedures.

WOW!!! Is the first word that comes to mind when I think of Dr. Sanderson and his amazing team. I'm typically a very private person and not usually inclined to comment on personal matters like these. However, because I had such an amazing and uplifting experience, I just couldn't hold back and not give praise to this wonderful team. I've been wanting to undergo a breast lift and augmentation for quite some time and just never had the courage to do it. I had prayed for years and researched so many plastic surgeons, and I felt God kept telling me, "No, this is not the doctor or the time." With the encouragement of a dear friend, she introduced me to Dr. Sanderson's team. He was very kind and generous to allow my friend and me to share the same consultation because I needed the moral support. Well, as they say, divine timing is everything, and it really was that day! My friend decided to schedule her procedure first, and I got to witness every step of the process. Doing so allowed me to see how organized, professional, knowledgeable, and just overall an outstanding experience it was. Long story long, I finally had my procedure done on Dec 20th. They truly care about their patients and are very communicative during each step of recovery. I feel very blessed and grateful that I waited patiently and was finally led to Dr. Sanderson and his team. Also, shoutout to Laine, who is just the sweetest and most encouraging nurse I've ever met! Her support made all the difference during my recovery process, and I truly appreciated her positivity. I can confidently say that this experience has not only improved my health but also left me feeling empowered and valued as a patient.
