The staff and doctors are prompt and efficient. They are empathetic and caring. I was treated and given care instructions quickly and efficiently. I was in and out of there surprisingly quickly. The only negative thing I can say is the regular parking was too far from the entrance to the building. There should be a back entrance to the building as that is where most of the parking is! Tell that to the building owner!

The doctor and her assistant were awesome. Was it asked by the office staff to come 30 minutes to register and then told I couldn’t even register until my appointment I’m very rudely . Told me to sit down she would not even sign me in as there. I needed to have a seat and come back to he at the time of the appointment. Remember, I was told to show up early to do paperwork. Same rude office staff member that the faucet in the bathroom was completely broken off, and there was no way to wash my hands. She very abruptly told me she knew about that and it had talked to the management company and it had not been fixed. Seeing that the office is in the same building with a G.I. doctor it is absolutely disgusting that there is not at least hand sanitizer in that restroom. Been a patient here for a long time the doctors are all great and most the assistance are great. The office staff is very abrupt and very rude. Ever appointment the doctor is great but the ladies up front are very dismissive and act like this is not their job to take care of the patient! Love my doctor. Staff needs to be trained that they work for the patients. I don’t work for them.

We had an appt yesterday for our 4 yr old daughter and the staff and everything were phenomenal. They were very sweet and patient with our daughter and also very professional. They were able to get us in and out relatively quickly. We also were thankful that they were also able to get my husband in same day. He had a appt schedule for two days later but we live over an hour away and they were able to help get him seen same day as our daughter. They also were able to give us the answers we needed, sent us home with samples, and were able to give us further recommendations as well.

They NEVER pick up the phone when you call. It takes two days to get a call back when you do leave a voicemail. The receptionist are always so rude and have bad attitudes like I just drove in traffic for 45 minutes I'm being kind to you and treated terrible. I plan on switching my children to a different location because we do not feel welcomed here. If you do not like your career choice maybe you should look into a different career. I hope someone takes this seriously and really talks to the front staff about how they treat clients.

I have been to this office multiple times now and I feel I can confidently say, they are wonderful. Everyone I have ever interacted with here, whether on the phone or in person is so professional and friendly. For my last appointment I got the time wrong and accidentally showed up super early, I told them I was fine to wait and that it was my mistake, but they still got me in well before my scheduled time. Dr Lee is so nice, and does a great job of explaining things. I have heard him interacting with his staff and you can tell he is just a generally good person. I cannot say enough nice things about this clinic. I am so happy to have found them.
