Not sure if it was just a bad day for Dr. Guerrero or she is always like this. Basically rushed the whole visit, my husband and I both had apts times but we wanted to go together which was nice. But basically as soon as the Dr came in it was a rush to get out. Like she needed to get to the next pt which would have been us. We explained our concerns and she did I quick exam and just used big medical words for everything. Our apt was over within 10 minutes and that’s with getting things burned and my husband has 2 things removed from his eye lids. It’s like she didn’t want to be there and couldn’t get out of the room fast enough. Once we left to pay instead of getting itemized statement he just gave us a credit card receipt . We have gone before and never had this problem. We are still debating whether we will go back or have to fined another practice. Please remember we are paying customers and it would have been nice if you had better bed side manners. The front office is amazing so that was the only thing that made the visit.

Dermatology Associates on Pat Booker Rd, Dr Guerrero specifically and her staff make going to a doctor’s appointment a JOY. They are extremely respectful of the patient’s time. Dr Guerrero is extremely knowledgeable and has assisted both my husband and I with difficult skin conditions. She also has an amazing memory. If you need a dermatologist I highly recommend Dr Guerrero.

She was the most kindest patient caring female Doctor any Doctor for that matter and assistant tried hard to comfort an end. Assure me and even apologize for the injection to make sure didn't hurt. They were totally awesome, however. The people at the front desk intake reception is kind of starchy. It could be a lot kinder in their voice seem Impatient hurriedly In the manner, maybe they were just having a bad day so sad. Hope they get better.

This office is great, everyone is so polite and happy. Dr. Wallis listen to my concerns and helped address my issue. I left feeling empower with the knowledge I was given. I highly recommend this office.

Love Dr. Wallis! I'm a skin cancer survivor (all kinds), so my annual checks are always met with trepidation. He always makes the visit a little less scary. I even got in early for my appointment!
