Karen Guerrero, MD

I recently had an appointment with Dr. Guerrero, and I left feeling like the visit was rushed. While she wasn't rude, the consultation felt quick and impersonal. I specifically wanted to have a fibrous papule on my nose removed, but she insisted it wasn't necessary and discouraged the procedure. I later went to another dermatologist, and it only took about 10 minutes to have it removed with a laser, with no issues. Overall, I just wish I had been given more time and consideration during my visit with Dr. Guerrero.

Just had my first appointment here as a new patient and the doc Karen Guerrero made me feel extremely rushed even though I showed up an hour early with list of all my derm meds for her to review to my appt. I could barely get a word in and she slightly looked at my skin issues before giving me a pamphlet to read. Shockingly I had more personable experience with dermatologist on the military base than this. Might want to pass on this one.

Appointment was really quick but the bill was very reasonable. Had to callback due to reoccurrence and doctor took the call and answered all my questions

IM VERY DISAPPOINTED ABOUT THIS SO CALLED DERMATOLOGIST. My daughter went to get help for a ongoing cyst that she has had and is not healing up or getting better with antibiotics and is constant bleeding and in pain .Dr Karen Guerrero suggested that the only solution that will help my daughter is if she loses weight what kind of practice is this for skin care and for an ongoing bleeding cyst I'm pretty sure if Dr Guerrero had a cyst she would not be happy with a doctor that would tell her that's the only help that she can get this lady is rude uncaring and unprofessional and does not need to be a doctor if she does not care about her patients. I'm definitely contacting the board of directors of this establishment and making a big deal out of this because this is not right she should not be a doctor if she does not care about her patients and should not be there just to collect a paycheck

I'm in the midst of being treated for a chronic condition and really love the suggestions and attention I have received from Dr. Guerrero. She's super professional and makes it easy to ask for help without being embarrassed. I never write reviews but have started writing them for my doctors because I appreciate their knowledge and kindness. I'm so glad she's my dermatologist and I'm optimistic that my condition will improve thanks to her suggestions and continued care. I also wanted to say thank you to the staff for always helping me.
