The Sendi Cosmetic Surgery Center with Dr. Susan Buenaventura

My surgical experience was exceptional! From my consultation to the surgery and post-op course Dr Buenaventura was skilled, professional, compassionate and so was her amazing staff. They took time to answer my questions and I never felt rushed. Their front office staff was also very responsive, kind and competent. I'm extremely pleased with my results and have recommended my family members and friends to their practice.

I had a halo treatment by the folks at Sendi Cosmetic Surgery Center a few months ago and it was a great experience. I was given explicit information about what the treatment would do for my skin and very good instructions on how to care for my skin postop as well. The whole process took about two hours including the time for the topical local anesthetic to be effective including the eye protector placement. I was given wonderful attention not only by the operator but also by the nurses attending me. I could not speak more highly of the care and professional work at the Sendi Center.

I had blepharoplasty surgery (eye lift)with Dr. Buenaventura and I am so happy that I did. I had noticed both excess skin on my upper eyelids and puffiness under my eyes. People would comment that I looked tired. As soon as I met, Dr. Buenaventura and her staff, I knew I wanted to trust her with my surgery. It was obvious to me that she cares about and takes much pride in her work. My experience with the staff was excellent, from making my appointment through to all of the preparation for surgery, surgery itself, and care afterwards. I no longer get the question "are you tired?" I highly recommend Dr. Buenaventura and her caring, compassionate and competent staff.

I cannot say enough good things about The Sendi Center and my recent HALO procedure with Anne. Both friends and family have complimented me on the outcome and I couldn't be more pleased. Anne was very professional and I look forward to future visits with her to maintain my 'new look'!!

My first appointment with Dr. Buenaventura occurred in August, 2006 and I was beyond satisfied with Dr. B's professionalism, kindness, and her genuinely caring attitude. The same qualities reigned with her staff as well. The results of my surgery far exceeded my expectations. I also received highest compliments resulting from my surgery from other medical professionals. My second (major) appointment in September, 2019 was much like a family reunion. Again, Dr. B and her staff exemplified the SAME true professionalism , kindness, and compassion. Once again, the results of my surgery were the VERY best.
