Took 45 minutes just for a blood draw, multiple in and out patients before I was seen. I overheard gentleman ask if the staff if they were still aware he was there. Easily the worst medical office I've visited.

I love the Doctors, they are great. But I have a really hard time having to bring a self addressed & STAMPED envelope to get my test results. And now I am told there is a $25 fee to have medical forms filled out. It’s 6 questions and a signature. No other practice I know charges for this kind of thing. And I will have to hound them to get it done in a timely fashion. As I say, I love the Doctors.

Wow! The staff has gotten even more rude than previously! I called for an appointment and was so rudely treated that the staffer actually hung up on me! Dr. Aiello is a gifted physician and I've been with her for years but there's no excuse for the telephone staff to be as rude as they always are.

The doctors are pretty good here. The front desk people and nurses are as rude as can be. They have no business in customer service or dealing with people.
