I came in 2 min outside my scheduled time grace period because there was a fire truck blocking the the parking garage and I was refused. The receptionist lied and said the doctor was with her 4pm appointment even though 4pm appointments do not exist. The latest appointment is at 3:45 everyday. I was in traffic for an hour and half coming here for absolutely no reason. Will not be returning.

Find another provider. Not only do they nickel and dime you by making schedule repeated and aggregious appointments, they are terrible at performing procedures and leave you in horrendous pain during and afterward. Soden Dermatology is a much more personalized and comfortable choice.

Made an appointment thinking this was in my insurance network. Turned out it wasn't, not ideal but not the worst. Paid 155$ out of pocket. Ended up frustrated and feeling like at no point had I been actually listened to. I understand that telemedicine makes it hard to diagnose things, but the fact remains that I had to repeatedly say that I don't have a rash (only to be prescribed treatments for things that don't match my symptoms).

Dr. Miraliakbari aka Dr. Mirali is such a sweet and knowledgeable provider. His bedside manner is excellent and his surgical skills are top notch. He answered all of my questions in a clear and concise manner. The staff are also very professional, you are seen in a timely manner, the office is easy to access. I will continue to come to this practice for my dermatological needs.

The dermatologist was somewhat helpful, and some of the staff was friendly, but I did feel pretty pressured by the esthetician. I ended up paying $340 for a chemical peel on my bikini line to get rid of a few dark spots, and it did absolutely nothing- and when I inquired about this, the response I got was basically “too bad, too sad”. I understand that services can impact people in different ways, but to pay $340 for something and having zero results feels like an incredible waste of money and time.
