My mother in law recently had an appointment. She had a great experience and the procedure went very smooth.

The reception and office is comfortable and clean. Location was easy to find. There were no other patients when I went so there was almost no wait time. I had a stubborn stye for a month so Made an appt with Dr. Ahn and told right from the start that it's for a stye removal. She wanted to send me off with prescription for an antibiotic saying I should put hit compresses. I requested it be drained. She said she is numbing it but 15 seconds later she put a cut on it. DEAR GOD! There was no pressure or squeezing to drain it. She didn't have a small enough bandaid to put on it so appointment ended the cut still oozing for an hour afterwards. The topical ointment prescription Dr. Ahn wrote for me was not covered by insurance and cost over $2000. The pharmacist said there are a lot of covered ointments avbl. My and pharmacy calls to the doctors office were not answered and no calls returned yet. Edit: The doctor did call me 2 days later and offered a number where texts for prescriptions can be sent. She did call because she noticed this Google review. Would I have received a call had I not posted a public review? Possibly, but I wonder.

Amazing Doctor- She was so kind, gentle and patient. She was willing to answer any questions and concerns that you may have regardless of the time it may take. I highly recommend Dr Anh Dang -Vu for all Dermatological needs.

Their billing process is terrible, told me my procedure is not covered by my insurance, but they still billed my insurance anyway, so I have copay for a specialist and out of pocket for the procedure. Before the procedure, an assistant just gave me numbing cream and told me to put it on myself in the restroom, so not professional. The whole experience is so weird.

Dr. Ahn Dang-Vu has been my (David's) dermatologist for over 4 years. I have never has a significant wait in her office. She listens carefully and is considerate in answering my questions. I think the quality of her care has been excellent. My complexion is greatly improved, and her examinations for potential problems are thorough.
