This was my 4th time here. I think service-wise, my eyebrows are always well done and the people doing them are experienced. I have a high pain tolerance and the threading is fine for me. What bothers me is when I go to pay, the person who did my service stands over me and watches the tablet when I go to pay. I will obviously tip but I think it’s weird to stand there and make eye contact with me/watch me to see what number I press. Today, the person took it a step further. I was already feeling a bit off with her forwardness but I figured I was being dramatic. But when it came time to pay, she literally said “do you want to leave a tip?” while looking at me and the screen. Tipping is not mandatory and I was going to do it anyway, but the way you’re almost forced into doing it is unprofessional. And when I had to put my pin in for the card, she was looking at my pin! When I paused, she glanced up and away for a brief second so I could type. I wish I had said something, I feel so stupid looking back. But y’all really need to train your staff to back OFF the tablet if you’re going to continue to charge these exorbitant rates for eyebrow threading because for $14, I don’t appreciate this. I’m honestly going to look for businesses elsewhere, which is a shame because I wanted to support a desi business and they do in fact do a great job. But you’re alienating customers this way. Please seriously consider training your staff better.

I don't like leaving negative reviews but my experience with Priya was very disappointing. One eyebrow is higher, the other shorter, and even the trimming is uneven. I took a risk going here since it was a convenient location with good reviews, and my regular tech was out of town. Even though I specified what I wanted, Priya thinned my eyebrows out too much and made my right brow higher than the left. She claimed she did it to create an even line, but the front doesn't even align with the rest of the eyebrow. The only way to make it even would've been to thin it out further. Then she tried to justify it by saying one of my eyebrows is naturally higher... When I reminded her that I had clearly said not to mess with the height and only do a cleanup at the beginning of the appointment and that they were perfectly fine then - she admitted that they were uneven due to her mistake. She said she knows what not to do for next time, but I will not be returning. Unfortunately, I will be spending the next few months growing them back in.

I drove 30 mins to this business based on all the great reviews. This was my 1st ever experience with them. Unfortunately, My eyebrows were ruined. Made my left brow shorter than the other. I believe that the person who did my brows was new. I have never experienced so much pain while getting my eyebrows done. Paid $14 dollars for a horrible job. The person who did my eyebrows kept apologizing but the owner did not. Instead told me, everyone’s eyebrows are different. I told the owner that I would not be returning.

I’ve gone here for years and love them! Everyone is so kind and they always make my brows look great! I have very light brows naturally so I get them tinted and they always get the exact color right! I’ve tried many other places and have been unhappy with the color results- they are the best; I highly recommend!

I'm East Asian and I get my eyebrows threaded here (3 times so far) and they come out nicely shaped each time. I've had different women do it and each time they are gentle and thorough, then trimming long hairs and using aloe or witch hazel after. Also get my upper lip waxed and this time my person did my corners twice to get my those tenacious whisker hairs good and gone! Leaving this review because the woman this time pressed my temples like a mini massage and I thought that was really above and beyond.
