I have been doing my facials at Valencia Aesthetics for almost 3 years, and I can describe that as the most amazing experience! Susan is kind, professional, and always goes above and beyond to make sure her clients are happy and satisfied with their treatments. Her dedication to her work truly set her apart from other estheticians in the area. Also, she pays attention to every detail to ensure a clean and well-decorated space for her clients to enjoy. I highly recommend Valencia Aesthetics for anyone looking for top-notch skincare treatments in a relaxing environment.

Not bad but not perfect. It was cheap and quick but she doesnt take the time to perfect it. Like in other places, the person really likes to make sure that you don’t have hair anywhere and even help you with the ingrown hair so that it looks perfect. You wont find this kind of treatment here.

Susan is professional, pleasant and made the laser hair removal service quick and easy! I had had laser before from another spa, but my mother had great results with her, so I gave it a try. Her laser is comfortable, quick and a clean experience. There was a very quick response time and was able to fit my sister and I the very next day. Definitely recommend!

I don't normally do this, so I was nervous for my first time. Susan was fabulous!! She put my mind at ease and made sure that I was comfortable the whole time. Susan is very professional and easy to talk to, and I was in a nice, quiet environment. Sometimes, I think the most important thing with any service is how the person performing the service makes you feel. I highly recommend Valencia Aesthetic

I would give zero stars if I could. I received 4 laser hair treatments on my face. When I expressed at my 4th treatment that the laser isn’t working in certain areas and I do believe the reason being is the technician did not laser those areas the response was rather defensive and I didn’t feel comfortabke with her attitude. The response I received was that I am imagining that she is not treating those areas and then grabbed a mirror for me to see myself. The procedure was very rushed and not meticulous. I had to look at a mirror as she was lasering to ensure I was getting treated in those areas and guide the technician. She was definitely not treating the areas she was defending. She admits the lasers may not be the best or maybe something isn’t working right with the laser (for the face). . So I asked for a partial refund and she refused. Bc she claimed to provide good service. Good service is being open to listening to customer feedback- not bailing on your client who came to you for a service. I received results on my under arms, but not my face- due to not hitting certain spots. I shouldn’t have to guide the technician to areas of concern to get results. It was stressful, Her machines are dirty and not sanitized after each session. The only time I witness cleaning the machines was with a Kleenex. I had to guide the technician to ensure the areas needing treatment were in fact receiving treatment. I certainly have every right to speak up regarding my concerns. I am paying for a service and results. I was told to text her to schedule my next appointment and I received no response. I text the following day to please let me know when is a good time and she replied with telling me to find another place bc I don’t see results with her. Overall very unprofessional, poor communication, terrible customer service. I’m sure she will reply with a defense instead of making it right = poor customer service. I have text messages to prove she admits that it wasn’t working and told me I should go find a place where it will work.
