Beautiful office & very welcoming and friendly staff! Getting back was quick and efficient, I saw Danielle and loved her. She was kind, thorough, and addressed all my concerns. Her MA was very sweet and walked me through post procedure care. Definitely recommend for all your Derm needs!
Every person that I came in contact with at this office from Front Desk , Dr. Matthews and his assistants ( I’m sorry I forgot their names)to check out were AMAZING! I highly recommend this office to anyone who needs a full body check for skin cancer. Again, very kind people at that office. Bravo!
The office was very clean. The front desk staff were welcoming, very nice, helpful & easy to talk to. The PA & Assistant were very friendly, thorough, & answered all my questions.
The entire staff was more than pleasant from check in, to Danielle Johnson, to her assistant for the day!!! Always a pleasure when I get the great service from Va Dermatology!!!
The office staff was nice and easy to talk to/work with. However, Robert Masters was my provider. I originally came in for a typical skin check with a couple concerns. My previous dermatologist moved so it has been 8+ years. He immediately told me I didn't need a mole check until the age of 50, I am 32. American cancer society recommends getting checks at least every 3 years if you are between 20-40 and even sooner if you live in a sunny climate, like a beach town. He prescribed medicated shampoo for my psoriasis without looking at my scalp. He doesn't have my previous records either, just took my word for it. He started freezing some spots off before fully explaining to me what he was doing. The appointment was very rushed. I was concerned about one spot and all he said was okay. I brought it up again and he said "its a keeper" and then tapped my arm like he was giving my mole a "high-five". The entire appointment lasted less than 3 minutes. He stated that the moles he froze off may not fall off with just one freeze. I really hope they do because I am scared to go back again.
