I went to this place for my skin problems for 3 years. Not for cosmetic reasons. Andrea Jones was the only person saw since the old Dr. gone. I tried and tried but my skin never improve and I got the scar on my face from the problem on my skin to long. Andrea Jones wasn’t do anything but try to sale me the product and she wasn’t sure what it was on my skin. She was told me that scars wasn’t from the problem. She was less than 5 minutes without take a good look at my skin problems. My allergies skin test is cover by my insurance. But they told me my insurance is not cover and it $2,000 out of pocket. She doesn’t care about client like me. She doesn’t honest to her client.

I normally don't write reviews unless I think it is worth the time to address concerns to make others aware. Read so you don't waste your time and money at this place. I made an appointment with with Bellevue Laser & Cosmetic Center to address the redness/Rosacea on my cheeks. I met with Dr. Diane Chiu and she told me the 3 treatment laser package for $1500 was the best option for me. She said I would only need 2 laser treatments to correct the redness on my cheeks and if I ended up not using the 3rd laser treatment, I could save it for next time when I wanted to do a touch up since it's good for up to a 2 year before it expires. I agreed and had no issues paying for this. Dr. Chiu passed me off to her PA, Andrea Jones, to perform the laser procedure that same day. Prior to performing the laser procedure, PA Jones, offered to remove some black heads around my nasal alar crease. PA Jones never mentioned to me that she planned to bill my insurance. She just told me she wanted to be "throughly" by removing these black heads for me. She spent less than 5 minutes doing this. I thought she was just doing it as a courtesy prior to my laser treatment. A few weeks later, I was livid, when I received an explanation of benefits from my insurance company in the mail for a procedure coded as "10040 Acne Surgery" from them. I called the office right away and got in touch with Whitney from billing. First of all, I never had "acne surgery" performed and I didn't see them for any acne issues. I don't even have any acnes on my face. Whitney assured me she would get it taken care of and the charges removed. This is like a fraudulent billing charge to take advantage of a client's insurance to bill for other things. I did wonder why they asked for my insurance card at the time of my initial visit. I knew in my case that I went in knowing that this was an elective procedure that I chose to do, knowing my insurance wouldn't be covering for any of this since it was not for medical reasons. On top of this "acne procedure" charge the company also billed my insurance company for a new outpatient visit which I had paid $150 for for the visit. I am not sure why they would bill the insurance company for the visit, when I had already paid out of pocket for that as well. Another red flag. To top off my concerns with this practice, I received mixed information from both providers: Dr. Chiu and PA Jones. Dr. Chiu had told me on the first visit that I only would need 2 laser treatments at most. When I went back to see PA Jones again the second time (only because I had already bought the 3 treatment laser package), I told her I didn't see results after my first visit. She then told me during my second visit with her that it would take me more than 3 laser treatments to see any results if any. I really wish both of them would have told me this from the beginning. I felt very misled. I am very disappointed with the lack of misinformation between the two providers given to me. I asked to speak with Dr. Chiu again during my second visit, to clarify what she had told me during my initial visit, but unfortunately she was out of the office that day. PA Jones said I could make another appointment with her, but it would get billed to my insurance again (WTF). At this point, I was done with this place. I told them just to refund me the remaining two laser treatments I didn't use. I am never going back nor am I recommending anybody to this facility.

Dr. Chiu is absolutely amazing! Best dermatologist/injector in the industry. The staff is amazing, knowledgeable and so professional. Results are very realistic and I appreciate it when the providers explain everything in detail including the pros and cons of certain treatments. What we think we want isn’t necessarily what our skin needs and I love that they are conservative and straightforward with result expectations. I drive from Oregon just to see them.

I had a series of color correction laser treatments with Olga, and I just loved everything about my visits with her! At my consultation, Olga patiently answered all of the questions I had, and recommended a "Color Correction Package" - a combination of different lasers to treat my skin concerns. During each of my 3 appointments, she addressed my issues with multiple lasers, so I feel that I really got a lot of bang for my buck! Olga is amazing! She is a perfectionist, but also a great conversationalist! I will definitely return on a regular basis!

Beautiful facility! Wonderful staff! Top of the line treatment! PA Jones did laser treatment on me and honestly I expected it to be really uncomfortable but the little zaps were completely manageable and she walked me through the whole procedure. She is exceptionally professional and friendly. I know she cares about providing the best results and the treatment definitely made a difference! I’ll be back!
