Thoa is incredibly attentive, thorough and caring with her clients. I trust her 100% for all my skin care needs. She has extensive experience and knowledge and I would recommend her to anyone. I also love that she makes the visits so comfortable and relaxing. Her new office space is so beautiful and clean! Just give her a try-you will not have any regrets! From the moment I walked in, I was blown away by the stunningly gorgeous environment... honestly, one of the prettiest spas I’ve ever visited. The atmosphere is luxurious yet welcoming and the staff instantly makes you feel like family. Dr. Thoa is an absolute sweetheart! She’s funny, warm and incredibly talented. I had been to two different clinics before coming to Thoa. I was given 24 units of Dysport (crow's feet and forehead) at both locations. The results were pretty immediate and lasted for several months. I was told at the time of service at both locations that at the two week follow-up, they could do "top-ups" at no cost if I still noticed any movement in the treated areas. I never needed these top-ups as I never experienced movement after my services at these locations. Thoa, on the other hand, does not offer this "top-up" service, which I wrongly assumed was standard. She gave me 34 units (which is the most I've ever received) of Jeuveau (which I've never had). She told me it was the same neurotoxin and would perform similarly to Dysport. This was not my experience. Unfortunately, I noticed in the first week that it was not the same as I still had lots of movement in my forehead, and my single crow's feet line had not relaxed at all. I reached out to Thoa to ask if this was normal with Jeuveau, and she said to give it the full two weeks. Fast forward to the follow-up appointment, where I point out all the areas of concern, and she tells me that since she didn't do the "full, FDA recommended doses", she would have to charge me to correct the areas that still had movement! That would have resulted in the most expensive wrinkle relaxer service I've ever had, with twice as many units than I've ever had before. That math isn't adding up. Nor is the quality of service. Location One: 24 units over 4 areas, no movement, free top-up offered if needed Location Two: 24 units over 4 areas, no movement, free top-up offered if needed Thoa: 34 units over 4 areas, movement in every area, full price charge per unit for top-up The service I paid (a lot) for was not provided. So, bottom line, I do not recommend Thoa and would encourage you to go elsewhere for treatment. I have added photos to show the crow's feet line that did not get relaxed, and the forehead movement that looks lumpy and uneven.

Following her recommendations, my appearance has been dramatically yet naturally enhanced with Botox. I even canceled a planned nose job thanks to her honesty and skill in addressing my concerns. I genuinely look forward to our appointments—they feel like coffee dates with a friend, but with a fresh dose of Botox instead of lattes. I came to Thoa for Botox, but ended up getting filler as well. I was nervous about fillers at first, but Thoa reassured me and made me feel really comfortable. She was very professional, yet extremely approachable. The entire process was pretty painless! I will continue to go to her for my other skin care needs. She is excellent!
