I was referred by my doctor to have a consultation here and I am so happy with my weight loss journey. I am 62 years old, I was overweight, pre-diabetic and needed to drop at least 40 + pounds. I joined the membership July 15th, 2024. I am down 39 pounds and have lost 46" overall. T.T. is overseeing all my progress, is my food coach and has been monitoring my progress. Both T.T. & Dan are wonderful in helping me achieve these goals. Making sure I am not loosing too much muscle and at a pace that is steady.
