St Paul Medical Clinic Ps

It's rare for me to post negative reviews, but I want to protect others from being taken advantage of. Please look elsewhere if you need a USCIS civil surgeon. This clinic overcharges dramatically, uses numbers on the back of scrap paper to break down your bill (possibly a confusion tactic?) and the front desk gets angry with you if you try to understand the charges. The doctor seems nice and competent, but the billing practices should keep you far away.

Excellent service and one of the only USCIS qualified Civil Surgeons in Seattle. Also quite a convenient location.

They were really nice and detailed to me. They explained every single cost and the necessity or not of each exam. The only complaint was that, since it's a small business, there's only one person at the front desk and she was busy on the phone, so I had to wait a little bit for my appointment. Overall, I highly appreciate and recommend this place.

Total scam and pretty annoyed I didn't read this earlier. Got charged 1521$ for my green card exam and needed 90mins. The blood draws were explained to me as required by law for the I-693. Coming home to find out this is not the case. Feel pretty upset. Go literally anywhere else.

Most of the negative reviews here are about the expense, it is indeed above the average price, however, they did confirm all the details of the insurance coverage and expense with me before conducting the medical check to make sure we were aligned on the fee. I can also see some misunderstandings might come from the ESL situation of receptionist, I assume their good intention, but yes, there is room to improve the communication. If it's for immigration medical check, they are very efficient and experienced that you can get your documents ready in a week. The blood draw was also very smooth and painless.
