Cox William MD

I went to Dr. Cox and he was great. I kept asking the office staff what do I owe co pay??They told me they had to wait till my insurance came through to tell me. Well after three visits, the the billing department called me and said you owe $750 and I just turned you into a collection Young collection service? I said what are you talking about? You never notified me when I tried every time i came in you never notified me ever ever. I can prove I got one statement and that was it and they have the nerve to send me to collection?? What a piece of work their office staff is give me a break. I am going to the insurance commissioner to fight this and bring them up and charges if they do not drop this. Thanks a lot guys .

Dr. Cox and his staff are wonderful. Dr. Cox cares about his patients. His staff does everything they can to get you in as soon as possible. They are very understanding and run an amazing business. Your needs will be taken care of. I highly recommend their office.

Dr. Cox is the finest diagnostician I have ever come across. He is a, "deep thinker". type doctor and he is always very careful and willing to listen to your concerns. In the exam room, he is not rushed as he takes insightful care to diagnose you condition. I recommend him to all I know who are looking for a family physician and I feel comfortable in doing so too.

I have been Dr. Cox patient since 2007. He is very kind and gentle. I also love Tonya the nurse practitioner that takes his place when he is on vacation. She listens to you and does everything to help you feel better or in my case running extra test to find cause of my concerns. She left me by saying... " Don't worry, we will figure this out." I felt cared about and was given hope.

Dr Cox is a joke. I had him for a doctor for many years I left after he told my mother for 2 years she had menopause after 2 years of her fighting for her life we found out she had stage 4 pancreatitis cancer. I don't not recommend him at all. I know several other that will say he's a joke as well. I have lots more stories about him. He rather hand out any kinds of meds then tell u what's really wrong with you. I don't even think he deserves 1 star he needs to leave the practice of being a doctor cause he dont know how to do his job
