I absolutely love the private and personal care I get from this clinic. They are not affiliated with any big Corp and able to stand on their own. That’s a big deal when it comes to medical care. The fact that they really do care. Dr W.T. Cox is TOPS!

Dr. Cox is super knowledgeable and can get you in for an appointment pretty quick. Definitely will be seeing him in the future.

Selah Medical Center is the absolute WORST. Pure neglect to their patients and have the nerves to tell them “you should have gone to the hospital then” after expressing my concern for their poor time management on a patient with hives and a swelling throat. Then proceeding to hang up the phone and stating “I don’t feel like being complained to over nothing” when I called back. POOR POOR POOR service. Sadly, it’s not the first time. I used to like the Dr., but his staff has changed my mind greatly on the office as a whole. Side note: I would have gone to the hospital had you not had the first appointment of the day open when I called. Easier to get in to your primary to get the same script as the ER where you might sit for hours. Guess easy isn’t always the best option. You pay for the service you receive no matter the business.

Both the Doctor and the NP take the time to listen and treat the problem and don't come across as rushing through to get to their next patient. The staff is always pleasant and helpful.

Been going here over 20 yrs! Staff is Knowledgeable & Dr seems to know a thing or two! Always treats us with respect & dignity!
