Dr. Pommer and his staff are always so kind and caring. We really appreciate his dedication to serving his patients. He is always prompt in answering a patients needs. And, he's so great about teaching new providers his effective ways of patient care.

Been coming to this clinic for years. They have weathered two electronic medical records implementations and many external changes but they never lose their focus on patients. Smart, compassionate providers and diligent , caring staff. This is our medical home.

After calling in my Mothers heart medication to the pharmacy I learned after 6 hours the prescription had not been returned from the Dr’s office. I phoned to let them know to please get this back to the Dr. the lady I spoke with so rude! She said “I don’t know what to tell you, we only have two Drs in today and they have been in rooms all day”! I explained how important this medication is and she said “well should have gave us 72 hrs. I asked for her name, she refused and hung up on me. I called back a different lady answered again with no name and I asked her what the ladies name was that I spoke with she said “I can’t give you that” hung up on again! I had my son call from his number and asked to speak with the office manager- “she asked “is he expecting this call”? My son said yes he is and what was your name? She said Kim! After calling the BBB I came to understand these 2 woman up front are sisters. This being why a name was not shared. I was informed that this was definitely not the first complaint on these sisters and told me to contact Olympia regarding the difficulty we had attempting to fill Mothers heart medication. This is now a case with BBB because KIM will not get these refill requests to the appropriate people. This particular medication is life or death for my Mother and I should not have to kiss the rear or beg to fill a medication.

Very smooth process throughout. The young lady at the front desk was very professional, welcoming, and did a great job checking me in. The nurse did a very good job taking care of me in the exam room. Her questions, and pre-exam, were thorough. Dr Pommer listened carefully to my concerns, questioned and examined me accordingly. He then prescribed the necessary meds and determined the next steps he felt were needed. I felt all involved were very concerned about my issues.
