I had the most amazing appointment! It was very informative. I asked a lot of questions and they answered everything I wanted to know. I struggle with hair loss and they are steering me in the right direction. I have a lot of hope now. The doctor and his assistant were so sweet and welcoming! Thanks again. I’ll be back.

Had a basal cell removed and the folks at 5c did a great job! This is the third time I’ve been in there and every time they’ve been fantastic. Always on time (few things make me more mad than sitting well past your appointment time waiting to be seen) and move the procedure along as quickly as possible!

I was referred to Clinic 5C to have some skin scaling on my ear checked out. The provider who did my autopsy was great and she called back within a reasonable span of time to tell me that basal cells were detected and that Mohs Surgery was suggested. On that call, she told me the scheduling department would be in touch to get the surgery scheduled. A week went by, no call. I called and left a message. No response. Another week went by, no call. I called and left a message. No response. Another week went by, no call. I called and left a message. No response. I finally stopped by in person to gather my records to take them elsewhere, found that the office was closed despite the sign on the door indicating that they should have been opened. There was a different phone number on the sign and with that I finally got through to a human who sent me my records. I'm willing to wager that the care providers are competent but good lord, what a frustrating experience. I can't bring myself to give my business to an establishment that tells someone they have skin cancer that should be taken care of sooner rather than later and then goes completely silent. Not cool.

it's'always uplifting and motivating to run into people who are in exactly the right profession. Along each step; the reception/office staff, the nurse who brought me back and the surgeon himself, I encountered nothing but the perfect combination of professionalism and friendliness. They offered easy to understand explanations without a hint of condescension and made sure I was comfortable at all times... And this was just the consultation! I would entrust anyone I love to come to Clinic 5C in Spokane, without hesitation. Edit: Now that I've undergone the procedure, I'm afraid I'm going to have to change my former review into a horrible, negative, maybe even insulting critique of each person involved. Nah... I'm kidding. These guys actually managed to somehow exceed my high expectations of them, and did so in such a natural, effortless way that it was obvious they were just simply doing what they always do.

I had an appointment with this clinic scheduled for Thursday, September 26th. I scheduled it months in advance. I took time off of work. A few days before, the office called and demanded I reschedule to an earlier time in the day. I said I was unavailable because I have work. They initially accepted that but then called me on Wednesday, September 25th, and said "the provider won't be in the office." It turns out the doctor didn't want to stick around till the afternoon. This is shameful. This office doesn't honor their appointments, and they don't keep their word. Book with a specialist who will care about you; this office isn't it.
