Sea Spa Steilacoom

Elena gave me a wonderful hair cut. I hadn't cut my hair in 3 years and it was looking flat. I wanted some volume. While I had ideas of how to achieve the volume, Elena let me know the best way I can achieve volume for my hair type. She discussed my hair type with me and let me know what it needed and what to avoid. My hair looks healthy, voluminous, and the length was maintained. Additionally, I received a brow wax. This was also tastefully done. I usually get my brows done somewhere else, and it's usually painful. This was very gentle, and I did not feel any pain.

My girls and I had Amy for an all three of our haircuts and she was amazing with all of us and took her time and understood our long thick hair. The overall atmosphere here is classy, elegant, and clean. Everyone was friendly and had amazing customer service!

I had the absolute BEST haircut I’ve ever had at SeaSpa by Elena. I’ve been for a few other services since moving to the area but this was my favorite experience so far! Elena was kind and helped me determine a great cut for me when I wasn’t sure what exactly I wanted. And she was so, so thorough and thoughtful during the whole process. I almost can’t wait for my next cut. Definitely will be back and requesting her again. And I’m looking forward to trying more of their services in the future, too!

Had a prenatal massage today… I wasn’t really sure what to expect other than the intake form I was asked to fill out. I indicated I was fine with deep pressure, and expressed my problem areas. None of which were addressed during the actual massage.. and to be honest, the “massage” was more of an oil rub. She did my neck and half of my back, half of each leg, one foot and half of each arm. The price was 120. No pressure, just a legit oil rub. Yes it felt nice to be rubbed with oil but I paid for a massage, not a diddy party. She was extremely nice, ambiance was great. I do not feel like I received a massage though, and there was nothing parental or special about it. Also wasn’t the full hour I was expecting. It didn’t start until 12:50 ish and lasted until 1:27. Needless to say, I won’t be returning and do not recommend a prenatal massage here to any pregnant lady. Also no bolsters. Waste of $120 :( I didn’t want to be rude and tell her how to do her job, but that was my experience.

Mom was visiting and wanted to treat herself after a few hiking ventures. We were able to schedule and get in the same day. We chose the Puget Sound Duo, and it was awesome! The view from the porch on a beautiful day, the chairs, the foot and arm/hand/neck/shoulder massage was amazing. The staff was so kind and pleasant. They let us bring our own bottle of wine to enjoy. My favorite was the paraffin wax hand treatment. I didn't realize what I've been missing my whole life. I will be back for sure.
