My daughter had an appointment with a Dermatologist at this location. The building is bigger that we had anticipated. The building has multiple clinics. The clinic where she was being treated is clean, bright, well staffed and they are following Covid-19 guidelines. We had our temperature taken as soon as we walked in. The staff is friendly, courteous, well informed and attentive. The Specialist answered all of our questions which definitely gave us peace of mind. The treatment rooms are also very clean and bright. We will definitely continue my daughter's treatment at this facility.

Please read the yelp reviews before you go there and waste your time and insurance money. They treat patients like a medical number and try to get you in and out as fast as possible. The lady lied about my doctor not sending her the necessary pictures that were needed for the appointment but when I called my doctor they stated otherwise. Also if you don’t cancel your appointment a day ahead then they’ll charge you a 50 no show deposit which I’ve never heard of at a dermatologist visit. From when I got into the office I started a timer to see if the yelp reviews were right. Well they were I was only in that office for 19.48 seconds no correct consultation or anything I didn’t even get see doctor Ho only the PA and frankly she’s not the person I agreed to see. This woman needs to be fired in my eyes because not only did she lie but she was being insensitive the little time she was there. Don’t believe these google reviews because they have certain people who work in the office write the reviews up so they can lure you in. I’m telling you now don’t fall for it tell your pcp to send you somewhere else. I’m surprised that they still haven’t been shut down yet from all the negative reviews and unsatisfied customers and patients they had over the past several years. I’ll definitely be giving the BBB a call over this unprofessional office.

Dr. Ho is a kind compassionate doctor who treats his patients very well. I was most impressed with his technique in addition to his flexibility. My wife had an appointment and I went along for him to quickly if possible freeze off a couple of items on me. I did come prepared with an Authorization from my insurance company. The receptionist and his PA were both skeptical if he would see me as they should be. He however when we ask to see him immediately stated; “No problem”, and completed the procedure. Granted it did not take long, but most doctors are not that accommodating. I have great trust in his capabilities and will continue with him and recommend him to anyone.

Amazing doctor in general! Very personable and has great bedside manners. He has been the only doctor that has been able to treat my keloid scar. I’m hoping my insurance will allow me to be taken care of by him again!

Marie was the best in helping me make my appointment and letting me know when she received approval from my insurance for this visit. All of Dr. Ho's staff are helpful, professional and friendly. Dr. Ho is an excellent dermatologist. He is following my skin condition and I will see him again in 6 months. I would highly recommend this practitioner and his staff.
