😱 THIS OFFICE IS THE BEST! I give 5 stars for the rapid visit. They are very professional and if you come on schedule you’re in and out. As a 1st time patient I was out of there in about 29 minutes, seeing the PA and signing in. The atmosphere was very pleasant. And the view is awesome.🥰

I have been a patient for 5 years and this office has the best staff. Kacie attends to my needs. Always on time … easy street parking. I live almost a hour away and hate the drive but it is worth it. They actually care about their Patients.

My skin is my biggest insecurities and they made me feel like they cared and they had a comfortable environment. BUT they didn't even take my blood pressure during my appointment and they only asked questions and took pictures of my most insecure areas so I left feeling insecure and depressed because they said they only could do topical treatments. 😔

I was recommended this place by my primary care doctor. So I went there today for my appointment. The staff at the front desk were really nice however the dermatologist [Kacie Kline] that seen me was extremely rude. She walked in and gave me a dirty look immediately. Then when asking questions she was incredibly condescending and rushed the visit. I wouldn’t be surprised if she was racist. It actually took everything in me to not say something rude back but I kept my cool. She rolled her eyes a LOT. It was very pathetic and honestly there’s no way I’d ever come back here. I’d strongly advise this place to get a new dermatologist. She’s going to be rude to the wrong person and get a reality check.

I recently visited Irradiance Medical Group after being recommended to me by a close friend. The staff was warm when welcoming me in, and the dermatologist (Kacie Kline) made me feel incredibly comfortable when talking my through my options for a potential procedure. It's clear she knows what she's doing and is skilled at her profession. Would highly recommend her to anyone in search of a new dermatologist!
