Contour Dermatology and Cosmetic Surgery Center - Palm Springs

My appointment with Doctor Chakka was truly exceptional. She listened carefully, described a course of treatment and answered all of my questions thoughtfully and patiently. I really felt heard and understood. I would definitely recommend her to a friend.

I really like the technician but the office operations are very poorly organized. Whoever manages the scheduling needs a training program in patient flow and respect for the patients time. I waited over an hour for a 15 minute service. I thought that was outrageous! I am not sure why this organization thinks that kind of wait is acceptable. It is not acceptable. When I left the waiting room was FULL so I am certain the I am not the only one to experience this. Obviously Contour Dermatology does not respect peoples’ time. Bad ju-ju.

My first visit to Contour Dermatology and it was exceptional! Beautiful entry and waiting area, cheerful welcome from the women at the front desk. Escorted to the exam room by another friendly staff member. Kara was awesome! Friendly, professional … a great experience all around!

The office is very organized, and I get timely reminders about my appointments as well. I highly recommend this practice.

This was my first appointment with Contour for a suspicious mole. Dr. Chakka and her team were amazing. Warm friendly atmosphere and she did a thorough inspection and found other areas on me that needed treatment. Even their billing department took my insurance. No hesitation to recommend.
