If you are not supremely beautiful, and one of the “in” gay men in Palm Springs, he will not give you the time of day, and certainly not the best care. After several appointments over a year and a half. I found a better dermatologist. I got very tired of his non-caring “ I can’t be bothered” attitude.

He is, without a doubt, the best doctor I have ever gone to. He listens and cares and explains everything to you before he does anything. I couldn't be more pleased with his personality and his perfectionism as a skilled artist. I came to him with an ugly scar on my neck from a cervical fusion done several years ago. He did a scar revision and I can hardly see the new scar line. Thank you, Doctor Jochen😋👍❗️

I've been going to Dr. Jochen since 2002 and have never, ever before or since (meaning I've gone to other places for non-dermatological issues) received the quality of care I was given at Contour Dermatology. I cannot stress enough that Dr. Jochen is a brilliant medical practitioner, as well as an artist when it comes to cosmetic dermatology - he reconstructed a condition on my face, which I thought I was suck with for life, and made me look as good if not better than I did before the condition struck. The staff at Contour Dermatology is way above "professional" - they are a Swiss watchmaker's dream of organization. I'm about to make an appointment to see Dr. Jochen again - and I look forward to the experience.

Called made an appointment, they checked the insurance and all was in order. After my spouse filling out their documents online for one hour, they told me they don't take that insurance and I can pay cash. Very disappointing.
