The Aesthetic Center Torrance

I am in my late 60's and am fortunate that I do not have any major health issues apart from high cholesterol. Despite being very active and eating a healthy well balanced diet my weight had become a major concern. I felt my metabolism had slowed, I felt out of sorts and that my body was out of sync. A friend had success with GLP-1 and recommended it. I consider myself fortunate to have found Dr. Nelson. During my first consultation he took the time to listen to me, my concerns and explain the process and the benefits of GLP-1. After six weeks of weekly injections I have lost 15 lbs., I have more energy and above all I feel really well! I feel my body is in tune again! I would not hesitate to recommend GLP-1 together with Dr. Nelson and his nurse Britni.

Dr Nelson is one of the best doctors I have ever encountered. He genuinely cares about all his patients and is very thorough and thoughtful. I recently moved from Corona Del Mar to the So Bay. Not only is he my esthetic doctor, he has now become my general practitioner doctor. Thank you Dr Nelson and your team!

I have had the BEST experience multiple times here at The Aesthetic Center. The location is great and located in such a charming courtyard. The moment I entered the facility, I was warmly greeted by the staff, welcoming me in and even knowing my name as this had not been my first time. Their professionalism has been the highest standard I could possibIy want from my doctor and his staff! Dr. Nelson is amazing! I originally went to this office because I had heard the aesthetics were amazing, but now I have transitioned to having him as my primary doctor. I'm SO HAPPY to have found this office. Thanks guys for keeping me HEALTHY & YOUTHFUL!!!!!!!

I was referred to the Aesthetic Center and Dr. Nelson from a friend as a GP or internal medicine doctor. I was skeptical at first since the practice was the Aesthetic Center. First few visits were fine, but you find out that they are definitely more concerned with the Aesthetic appointments rather than the internal medicine. I've had billing issues with my insurance that the office wouldn't fix. They had a call center answering all their calls which was a nightmare since you couldn't get anyone to call back. And now They won't even try to accommodate you is you request an appointment that would take 5-10 minutes. I will not be returning to this doctor. My friend and I are having the same issues and have begun looking for a new GP. Let the other reviews speak for the Aesthetic appointments, but this place is pretty much useless for the internal medicine aspect.

I have gone to Barbara Caderao for years for my skin care. Each time I go, she evaluates my skin and makes recommendations for my best treatment. She is the consummate professional and her engaging personality make every visit a positive experience.
