Epiphany Dermatology (formerly Sona Dermatology)

Coming to Sona is always a very pleasant experience. The staff is welcoming and friendly. On my recent visit, they were not certain that my insurance was accepted, but, took the time to check sources until they could confirm my eligibility. They were kind and didn’t require me to do anything. I appreciate them very much. Dr Lee is has the best advice and comforting manner with his patients. He is efficient and patient as he explains each portion of his treatment. I am thankful that he’s still practicing his craft.

Dr Yu is amazing. He is calm, kind, professional and his bedside manner is unmatched. He talked me through the MOS procedure and continued to check in with me throughout. I can’t recommend him strongly enough or give enough stars. The whole team made a potentially stressful procedure pleasant. I was honestly surprised it was over so quickly. Thank you!

Friendly staff from front desk to nurse/assistant. Dr. Yu was very friendly and kept up a steady patter while he examined my skin. He remembered me from five years ago. Thorough exam from head to toe and all issues were addressed.

Dr. Yu was warm, caring and compassionate. And incredibly knowledgeable. He laid any of my concerns to rest. The front desk staff, though, could really use some training in how to make the patient experience more positive. Little things like saying, "Good morning! Welcome to Sona Dermatology. What is your name?" instead of not looking at me and saying very deadpan "what's the name?" "The name"??? You mean "my name"?? Just a little bit of warmth goes a long way

Competent, likable and always available Dr Beckett conducts thorough analyses of the skin and takes immediate action if required, very friendly and helpful staff from the nurses to the front desk attendants. No waiting time, perfect workflow. Always a pleasure to visit my Sona dermatologist.
